Course Overview

This course provides the knowledge required to plan, supervise and manage work at height. It covers health and safety and regulatory requirements, selecting and planning staff and equipment, producing work schedules and site supervision.

Who is the course for?

This qualification is for candidates in a supervisory/management position working in industries which involve working at height. This qualification may be applicable for a number of industries including construction, utilities, facilities management.

â–  Understand the factors that influence selection of work at height equipment

â–  Know factors that influence the selection of staff and contractors for work at height

PPE Required

Can all delegates provide their own safety footwear (Steel toe cap boots), and comfortable working clothing. Gloves are mandatory during practical’s please ensure they are brought with you

ID & Photos

  • Please ensure you bring a form of ID to verify identity (required by some Awarding Organisations) 
  • A photograph may be required to be taken on the day for ID card issuing purposes
  • We may also take general photographs for social media purposes etc… If you do not wish to be included in any, please inform your instructor
