Would you like to improve your training ability

Some answers to common questions
Can i certificate my own courses
Yes of course, you are welcome to self certificate all of the courses you run
Can you certificate my courses?
Yes of course, you can run your course under the auspices of Zero Gravity Safety. We will normally ask you to complete all the paperwork required by the courses and send us a copy. We will then internally verify the course and paperwork and issue digital certificates to you directly.This will incur an additional charge. Please contact us for a quote.
How long do I get support?
Officially you get support for the lifetime of your train the trainer qualification (although were still human beings and like to be helpful when we can). Attending your requalification course continues your official support.
Can i run a regulated course through Zero Gravity Safety?
As long as you meet the specific requirements for running and assessing the course then yes. Call us for more information.
Can i use your venue and equipment if needed?
We are here to help and would like to support you as much as possible. With this in mind you can hire our venue or equipment if required. Please contact us for a quote.
Does my certificate expire?
Yes like many training qualifications our certificates do have an expiry date. Its also good to attend a requalification course to update on any changes to legalisation, equipment, best practice etc.. Even we have to update and refresh our skills.
Can i purchase Course Manuals from you?
If you would like to use professionally printed manuals for your course, your are welcome to purchase them either by calling us for a quote or by using the online portal
Can i print my own Course Manuals?
Yes we would like to give you the freedom to do as you wish with your courses. The course manual is provided as a printable PDF (A4) which you can print and use as much has you like.
