The Process

Information

Check out our website or ask us for information on what course your interested in. We can then send you a quote with available dates. This is where your journey begins

Booking

Book your course by completing our booking confirmation form sent with your quote or by booking via our website. We will send you all information required with your joining instructions.

Course

Attend your tailored Train the Trainer programme, which will ensure that you have fully understood each section of the course and that you can fully explain all the requirements of the relevant Regulations, Standards, Codes of Practice, Equipment and Use in your applicable area.

Pack

Upon successfully passing your course you will receive a pack to take away with you with materials to assist you in running your courses.

Portal

You will receive your login details to access our portal where you can download any additional resources required including powerpoints, videos, lesson plans and more,

Equipment

If you need any additional equipment to assist you in starting or improving your course, give us a call and we can offer guidance on suitability and can quote if needed for both sale or rental. You can also use our venue if needed.

Should you be unsure about anything, have any questions, need advice or would like to attend one of our open courses to see a different instructors style, we are here to support you.

Formal teaching qualifications

Would you like to improve your training ability

Speak to us about attending a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) to expand your abilities in not only teaching but also lesson planning and creation, speaking skills, presentation skills, Health & Safety and Equality & Diversity in the classroom

If you wish to take things a step further, you could attend our regulated Certificate in Assessing Vocational Assessment (CAVA) or our Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) course

Some answers to common questions

Can i certificate my own courses

Yes of course, you are welcome to self certificate all of the courses you run

How long do I get support?

Officially you get support for the lifetime of your train the trainer qualification (although were still human beings and like to be helpful when we can). Attending your requalification course continues your official support.

Can i use your venue and equipment if needed?

We are here to help and would like to support you as much as possible. With this in mind you can hire our venue or equipment if required. Please contact us for a quote.

Can i purchase Course Manuals from you?

If you would like to use professionally printed manuals for your course, your are welcome to purchase them either by calling us for a quote or by using the online portal

Can you certificate my courses?

Yes of course, you can run your course under the auspices of Zero Gravity Safety. We will normally ask you to complete all the paperwork required by the courses and send us a copy. We will then internally verify the course and paperwork and issue digital certificates to you directly.This will incur an additional charge. Please contact us for a quote.

Can i run a regulated course through Zero Gravity Safety?

As long as you meet the specific requirements for running and assessing the course then yes. Call us for more information.

Does my certificate expire?

Yes like many training qualifications our certificates do have an expiry date. Its also good to attend a requalification course to update on any changes to legalisation, equipment, best practice etc.. Even we have to update and refresh our skills.

Can i print my own Course Manuals?

Yes we would like to give you the freedom to do as you wish with your courses. The course manual is provided as a printable PDF (A4) which you can print and use as much has you like.
