During your course we will provide;

A course manual, handouts and pen
Refreshments throughout the day
Any equipment required to complete the course
A microwave, fridge and toaster will be provided for delegate use if the course is held at a Zero Gravity Safety Location

Course Overview

This Risk Assessment training course was created in response to industry requirements for all employees to be risk aware. Although not all employees will be expected to undertake risk assessments themselves, they may be asked to contribute to the process and will be expected to act always to protect their own health and safety and that of others

Anyone in a work environment as it raises learners’ awareness of the concept of risk assessment

■ Identification of hazards in various working environments
■ Identification of people or items at risk
■ Identification of common hazards
■ Control measures
■ Practical exercise: participants carry out a risk assessment,
demonstrating the ability to analyse a situation, collect
information and make appropriate judgements and records

Requirements

People attending this course must be be 18 years of age

PPE Required

Can all delegates provide their own safety footwear (Steel toe cap boots), and comfortable working clothing. Gloves are mandatory during practical’s please ensure they are brought with you

ID & Photos

Please ensure you bring a form of ID to verify identity (required by some Awarding Organisations)
A photograph may be required to be taken on the day for ID card issuing purposes
We may also take general photographs for social media purposes etc… If you do not wish to be included in any, please inform your instructor
