SAFETY, payment is required in advance, and ZERO GRAVITY SAFETY reserve the right to cancel the course or withhold certificates until payment has
been received.

ZERO GRAVITY SAFETY reserves the right to impose the following cancellation charges:
Within 5 working days of start time: 100% of charge
6 to 10 working days of start time: 50% of charge
11 to 20 working days of start time: 25% of charge.

An increase in the group or delegate numbers on the day of the course may incur further costs and or, delegates may be turned away due to lack of registration / booklets/ course materials .

Students should bring suitable clothing, work boots (with a heel if climbing). Students wishing to be trained using their own PPE should bring it along with any inspection and certification history required. For climbing and rigging courses students must be medically fit and will be required to sign an agreement to this effect before starting training.

ZERO GRAVITY SAFETY reserves the right to suspend training at any time should the medical condition of the student be in question. Student numbers for group bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the course date and cannot be increased thereafter.
